Built with a full-length carbon fiber plate that holds its exact shape under extreme impact, these insoles lock your arch in position with every step. The carbon plate distributes your weight evenly across your entire foot while absorbing shock, keeping you aligned and preventing pain from building up during your runs.
Rebound© Elite Carbon Flex Insole
- The full-length carbon plate stores and returns energy like a spring, reducing muscular effort and lower-leg fatigue so you can push through longer distances.
- Dynamic arch support maintains proper alignment through every phase of movement, preventing overpronation and reducing stress on the midfoot.
- The deep decoupled heel cradles and centers the heel, controlling unwanted motion to protect against lower-leg and knee injuries.
- Responsive EVA cushioning absorbs impact and distributes pressure evenly across the foot, protecting joints and reducing post-run soreness.
- The anti-odor top cover manages moisture and bacteria to keep your feet fresh mile after mile.

Insoles frequently asked questions (FAQs)
How long do Stridea insoles last?
Stridea insoles are made with carbon fiber, which means they don’t flatten or wear out the way soft foam insoles do.
How long they last depends on how much you use them, your body weight, and your activity—but for most people, they hold their support for a long time, even with regular running or walking.
Do Stridea insoles have to be "worn in"?
Your body needs time to adjust to the carbon fiber baseplate. We highly recommend to use the following break-in schedule:
- Day 1-2: Wear for 30-60 minutes during light activity.
- Day 3-4: Wear for a full practice or extended movement.
- Day 5+: Fully integrated into training & competition.
- If discomfort continues beyond the break-in period, contact us at support@gostridea.com for support.
Are Stridea insoles just for running?
Not at all.
They work excellent for running, walking, gym, hiking and are also well-suited for non-cleated sports like padel, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and general training.
If you want one insole that performs and protects well across multiple activities, these are a strong choice.
What size should I choose?
To choose the correct size, we recommend measuring the insole of the shoe you plan to use most often.
Shoe sizing can vary between brands and models, so measuring your existing insole provides the most accurate fit.
How to measure:
- Remove the current insole from your shoe
- Measure it from heel to toe
- Compare that measurement with our size chart
Keep in mind that Stridea insoles cannot be trimmed. If you are unsure, we recommend to contact our customer service team.

Performance & biomechanics
Carbon fiber insoles can influence how forces are distributed through the foot, which may slightly change how your foot loads the ground.
For most users, this does not fundamentally alter natural running mechanics, but rather provides additional structure and support—especially for individuals who experience excessive foot collapse or fatigue.
As with any supportive insole, we recommend a gradual break-in period to allow your body to adapt.
Orthotic-friendly fit
Rebound Insoles have been designed to be arch agnostic and our sizes are very generous in the width. Our insoles fit most foot types and sizes, but if any issues with comfort after trying, please contact us.
